Triple the steel, triple the burn! Use the Tri-Steel workout to put your muscles to the test!

Perform each drill :60

  • Double kettlebell swings at sides
  • Barbell racked squat
  • Barbell get up sit up
  • Double kettlebell swings
  • Overhead barbell step back lunge
  • Barbell swings
  • Mace 360’s
  • Mace 10 to 2’s

Repeat sequence 3-5x
