Ready for a quick workout that is going to kick your butt? Try out the VST Express Workout.

  • Double kettlebell swings at sides
  • Dumbbell swing
  • Low plank
  • Kettlebell Figure 8 to a hold
  • Kettlebell Half get up
  • Bicycle crunch
  • V-Up

Set a timer for 60 seconds for each drill. Complete 3-5 times.
