VST 3 STEP TOTALLY INTENSE 10-1 LADDER DOWN

Begin with 10 Reps of each drill

Repeat Rounds 10x laddering down 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Barbell Get Up Sit Up
Double Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift
Double Kettlebell Dead Clean and Press
Double Kettlebell Swing (kettlebells at sides)
